The challenge
A signed MOU was an important business milestone, but its value needed to be clear to hospitality decision-makers. The announcement had to communicate practical relevance while respecting confidential terms and stakeholder approvals.
The approach
The narrative connected four value themes: connected buildings, safety and security, energy efficiency, and guest experience. Each gave hotel operators and developers a concrete reason to engage.
Executive messaging and LinkedIn content were coordinated through a Sprinklr publishing workflow. Legal, executive and business development reviews kept the announcement accurate and timely.
The signing ceremony provided the central content moment. Follow-up communications extended the partnership story beyond the announcement and gave commercial teams a narrative for subsequent conversations.
- 01Define the value
- 02Align stakeholders
- 03Amplify the signing
- 04Sustain the story
The outcome
The source estimates long-term opportunity potential of $5M–$10M or more across the hospitality portfolio. This is an opportunity estimate, not booked revenue or a confirmed return on the communications programme. The main delivered asset was a clear, reusable market-facing partnership narrative.
