The opportunity
Digital engagement and store sales often sit in different reporting systems. A useful pilot needs to distinguish content interaction from evidence of retail performance.
The proposed approach
Select participating stores and products, agree a baseline and define what sales data can be shared. Document promotion, stock and seasonal factors that may affect comparisons.
Combine QR product content with short staff learning modules and consistent in-store messaging. Use store-level content links to understand engagement without collecting unnecessary personal data.
Review content use alongside stock availability and sell-through. Where feasible, compare with similar stores and record limitations before recommending a broader rollout.
- 01Define the baseline
- 02Equip store teams
- 03Connect mobile content
- 04Evaluate sell-through
Deliverables & evaluation
The concept would produce a store pilot kit, content library and measurement dashboard. KPIs would cover staff readiness, qualified content engagement, stock availability and sell-through; any uplift claim would depend on the evaluation design.

Concept status
This is a proposed project developed for the portfolio, informed by Khaled’s regional marketing, partner enablement, consumer campaign and engineering experience. It is not a claim of a completed client engagement. Scope, budget, timeline and targets would be agreed before execution.
